Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to work at a school in the Dudley area.
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the day‑to‑day running of the school office, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations.
- Line manage and support office staff, overseeing workloads and maintaining high standards of service.
- Act as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming front‑of‑house service.
- Oversee key administrative functions including attendance, communication, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Completing year end procedures - finalising financial accounts, updating student records, preparing for new academic year, importing new intake data, etc.
Requirements
- Experience in school administration, including knowledge of health & safety and estate processes.
- Strong organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience using MIS systems.
- Holds an enhanced DBS disclosure.
