Key Responsibilities
- Candidate resourcing
- To resource suitable candidates to support the fulfilment needs of both the permanent and temporaries teams, through the management of an appropriate candidate strategy in line with our talent sourcing hierarchy.
- Search and identify suitable candidates using Boolean searching and filtering tools within our global candidate pool in Jobscience.
- Carry out appropriate pre-screening and testing to ensure only the highest calibre of candidates are submitted.
- Provide an excellent level of service by embracing Blue Arrow's promise-based culture.
- Assist candidates with the application process, briefing them on the interview/assessment process and giving them a thorough overview of the role and client.
- Ensure that candidates understand how to access and self-serve via the Blue Arrow candidate portal and MyBlueArrow app.
- Maintain candidate contact from initial call through to placement to minimise drop outs.
- Ensure all candidates placed meet the company's minimum standards and contractual obligations.
- Proactively work to fill all outstanding vacancies and shifts, utilising the AMS and scheduler within Jobscience to ensure accurate fulfilment.
- Ensure that your actions continually work towards achieving high road recruitment practices that are aligned to enhancing the lives of everyone that touches Blue Arrow.
- Ensure that you bring our beautiful basics to life each and every day without fail.
- Administration
- Ensure that all documentation is completed in a timely manner through effective task and dashboard management on Jobscience.
- Ensure adherence to Company and clients compliance standards.
- Be aware of all resourcing strategies and aims and provide efficient administration support, using all resources under your control.
- Send assessment confirmations and subsequent offer details via email.
- Run reports on Jobscience to gain business insight and use the intelligence to improve resourcing activities.
- Take internal and external messages, dealing with issues directly where possible or transferring to the relevant team member.
- Review and engage with Workplace regularly, ensuring you remain informed of all the latest company announcements and updates in a timely manner.
- Communicate all Jobscience updates to clients and candidates as appropriate.
- Support Jobscience champions and management to drive adoption initiatives and improve efficiency and productivity of Jobscience use.

- Demonstrate level 1 Blue Arrow competencies.
- Positive, enthusiastic and outgoing individual.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High standard of English and Mathematical skills.
