We're looking for an experienced admin / planner to join a busy transport team in Beeston.
Details:
- Pay: £13.50 per hour
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Front Desk Operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, visitors, and clients
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries in a professional manner
- Update customers on job status
Transport Planning & Coordination
- Plan and schedule daily transport routes efficiently
- Allocate jobs to drivers based on availability
- Monitor transport operations and adjust plans in real time as needed
- Ensure optimal vehicle utilization and cost-effective routing
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in transport planning, logistics, or front desk operations preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
