Looking for consistent work, excellent pay, and the chance to drive for some of the region's leading logistics and distribution companies? Blue Arrow is recruiting reliable HGV Class 2 Drivers for a variety of ongoing assignments across the North East.
Pay Rates
- Monday to Friday Days: £14.50 per hour
- Monday to Friday Nights: £15.50 per hour
- Saturday: £15.50 per hour
- Sunday: £17.00 per hour
- Overtime (40+ hours): Up to £20.50 per hour
The Role
Enjoy a variety of work including general haulage, palletised goods, retail distribution, trunking, and multi-drop deliveries. With assignments across multiple sectors, no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete deliveries and collections safely and efficiently
- Carry out multi-drop or trunking work depending on assignment
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects
- Complete delivery paperwork and use handheld devices where required
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Follow all driving regulations and health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- Good knowledge of driver regulations
- Previous Class 2 experience preferred, but newly qualified drivers will be considered
- Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude
