Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals for residential children, ensuring nutritional and dietary requirements are met.
  • Create exquisite dishes for weddings, high-end dinners, and Royal occasions.
  • Work independently in our lodges, managing up to 40 covers for a 3-course, 5-choice dinner.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
  • Engage with customers, providing a personable and friendly service.
  • Adapt to various culinary styles and dietary needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Chef de Partie.
  • Ability to manage all aspects of the kitchen, from preparation to presentation.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to drive due to the location.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary: Dependent on experience.
