Role Overview
We are seeking an HR Assistant to provide proactive administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, personnel file digitisation, flexible working and payroll activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, employment legislation and GDPR.
Key Responsibilities
- Format job descriptions in line with templates.
- Coordinate interview arrangements, prepare interview packs and manage candidate records.
- Issue candidate correspondence, offers, contracts and contract variations.
- Administer pre-employment checks (PVG, references, right to work).
- Support onboarding and liaise with ICT and relevant teams to ensure system access and equipment.
- Review, cleanse and digitise personnel files in line with GDPR.
