Blue Arrow has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced General Manager to join our client for the season (Feb - October). This is a Seasonal job starting in late Jan/Early Feb until October 2026. Due to the location, applicants must be car owners and able to travel to the site, which is based around the Loch Lomond area.
The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 3 years Hotel management experience, ideally in a high volume unit.
Duties include:
- Leading all teams in the hotel
- Staff management/Rota
- Reporting to the Owners
- Holding Weekly staff meetings
- Providing excellent customer service
- Adhering to Health and Safety and Food Hygiene rules
- Maintaining Operational procedures and budgets
- Stock ordering
- Monitoring daily operations of the business
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as Hotel General Manager
- A Personal License
- Be available and able to drive to location each shift
