Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join our client, based in Glenochil. This is initially a 2 month contract role, with possibility of extension and will be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is £15.13 and we are looking for someone who is available immediately. Main duties: * The successful candidate will maintain an effective filing and data records system, both paper based and electronic. * Provide effective and efficient administrative service, ensuring all electronic and paper based communications and documentation are actioned appropriately. * You will both respond to and follow up with HR specific enquiries both timeously and professionally to ensure that accurate and impartial information and advise falls within the confines of the organisations policies and legislation. * Contribute to the development of an effective HR service through participation in functional and departmental forward planning activities and projects. * Seek to continuously develop your own knowledge and understanding of HR related issues, as well as policies and legislation and use this knowledge and understanding to contribute to the development of HR processes and procedures within the organisation.
