The Role
You’ll prepare and cook nutritious meals for large groups, working with a supportive Head Chef and kitchen team. No menu planning or ingredient sourcing required - just focus on delivering quality food.
Duties include:
- Cooking and food preparation
- Stock control and ordering
- Cost management
- Supporting junior team members
You’ll enjoy minimal late nights, regular Friday or Saturday evenings off (especially outside peak season), and limited Christmas working.
