The Role As a Care Home Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious, high-quality meals that meet residents' dietary requirements and preferences. You will ensure the kitchen operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety. Responsibilities Preparing fresh, nutritious meals for residents. Catering for special dietary requirements and allergies. Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. Managing food stock and reducing waste.
