We're looking for ad hoc corporate receptionists to support our client - an established organisation with multiple sites across Brighton. If you're adaptable, professional, and enjoy stepping into varied front-of-house environments, this flexible role could be an excellent fit for you.
About the Role
You'll deliver as-needed reception cover across several Brighton sites, stepping in to support our client during holiday and sickness absences. Each location will give you a full induction before you begin, ensuring you're confident and prepared for the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and clients with a professional, friendly manner
- Managing switchboards and handling incoming calls
- Coordinating meeting rooms and maintaining a tidy reception area
- Managing post, deliveries, and visitor passes
- Supporting general administrative tasks
- Always representing both our agency and the client with professionalism
What We're Looking For
