We're on the lookout for passionate chefs with an in-date Enhanced DBS (or willing to get one) to join our team in Nottingham. You'll be stepping into kitchens where quality matters, and no two days are quite the same. This is a flexible, temporary role - ideal for chefs wanting:

What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of fresh dishes to a high standard
- Running your own section confidently and independently
- Storing, sorting and rotating ingredients correctly
- Unpacking deliveries and keeping the kitchen organised
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Communicating clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Supporting wherever needed with a can-do attitude
What we're looking for:
- Previous chef experience in a similar environment
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (within the last 3 years)
- DBS certificate - or willingness to obtain one
- Chef whites and knives
- Able to travel to and from Nottingham between 8am and 10pm
- Strong time management, initiative, and communication skills
- Happy to get stuck in with general cleaning and team support
