Shift Pattern: Rotating Monday to Friday
- Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Early finish on Fridays
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join a growing Injection Moulding team for an excellent manufacturing industry based company, helping to produce high-quality plastic components for customers around the globe. Working with state-of-the-art machinery, you'll play a vital role in achieving production targets through efficient tool changes, machine setting, process optimisation, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting and optimising injection moulding machines (50T - 320T)
- Carrying out tool and mould changes efficiently
- Maintaining quality standards and production output
- Troubleshooting machine and process issues
- Working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams
- Supporting 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring safe and efficient achievement of production schedules
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Injection Mould Setter within a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with machines ranging from 50T to 320T
- Strong quality awareness and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills
- Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Knowledge of 5S and continuous improvement methodologies
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
