Blue Arrow is currently looking to recruit experienced forklift drivers Reach Truck D2 and Counterbalance. Please note - we do not accept in house licenses; these must be accredited and in date. Our client, a world-known manufacturing leader, takes pride in providing the highest standards of health and safety. If your certifications meet the requirements, you will have to pass an on-site practical assessment before we can offer you the role.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months solid experience driving a Reach Truck.
  • You MUST have an accredited and in date Reach Forklift Truck D2 (OVER 8 METERS) and Counterbalance certifications.
  • MUST be flexible with shift patterns (mornings and afternoons as requested by client).
  • The ability to meet the physical demands of the line feeding role - this would involve picking/moving of boxes/pallets, using various types of MHE, prioritising, planning for changeovers.

Your role:

This role mainly consists of supplying parts to busy production lines, ensuring smooth changeovers, goods in/out, loading/unloading and other general FLT duties. Flexibility is essential, so all successful candidates are expected to be available for shifts as requested by management on site. This position can lead to permanent with great performance.

Pay Rates:

  • Day Shift - £14.80ph.
  • Afternoons - £16.64ph.

Working Hours:

  • Mornings: Monday to Thursday - 6:00am - 2:30pm, Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm.
  • Afternoons: Monday to Thursday 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Friday 12:00pm - 6:00pm. (Flexibility is key)
