Site Maintenance Assistant
Location: Hilton, South Derbyshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour
Contract: Full-Time | Temp to Perm after 12 weeks

We are currently recruiting for a Site Maintenance Assistant to join a well-established and growing operation in Hilton, South Derbyshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a mechanical background and basic electrical knowledge who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in keeping facilities operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out general maintenance and site upkeep activities
Assist with mechanical repairs, servicing and equipment adjustments
Perform basic electrical maintenance tasks where required
Support preventative maintenance programmes
Respond promptly to maintenance issues across the site
Help ensure facilities and equipment remain safe, operational and compliant
Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain smooth day-to-day operations
About You
Previous experience in a maintenance, engineering or mechanical role
Good practical problem-solving skills
Basic electrical knowledge would be advantageous
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently when required
Committed to maintaining high health and safety standards
