The Role
As an Affiliate Account Manager, you\’ll manage a portfolio of affiliate partners, supporting and developing these relationships to drive performance across global markets. This role combines relationship management, performance analysis, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow affiliate accounts through regular communication and support – top tier support via email, phone and instant messaging
Review and approve new affiliate applications with attention to quality and compliance
Monitor campaign performance and optimise for ROI
Ensure compliance across campaigns, particularly for high-profile clients
Regularly communicate with affiliates to deepen relationships and unlock growth
Attend major industry events (Las Vegas, New York, Dubai, Barcelona, Berlin, Amsterdam)
Contribute to a strong internal culture and uphold company standards
What We\’re Looking For
1+ year in account management, customer-facing, or sales-related roles (preferred)
Amazing communication skills, both written and verbal
GCSE Maths Grade B/6 or above
Analytical mindset with the ability to work to deadlines
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
A genuine desire to learn and grow within the role
Experience in affiliate marketing is a plus, but not essential
