Position: Customer AdvisorLocation: Onsite for the 1st 8 weeks then Hybrid. Working 2 days in the office.Site: Located in Cardiff – CF15 7QUSalary: £11.44phHours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to FridayShifts: 09:00 – 17:00 with 30 minutes lunch (unpaid) and 2x 15 minutes breaks (paid). A mixture of inbound and outbound calls from and to customers of one of our clients, Stellantis Financial Services, working on the Vauxhall portfolio.All candidates will be in the office for the first 8 weeks which will encompass classroom training and graduation bay – after that you will move to hybrid the hybrid.All the necessary kit and equipment for the role is provided by the client and we are situated on the client site in Parc Nantgarw, Treforest, Cardiff CF15 7QU.As a result of the hybrid model post-graduation, candidates are to be local/commutable distance to the office.You will be helping and supporting customers mainly with balances outstanding that are 0-30 days old.
