DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Operational - Prepare food for delivery of food trolleys to units.
- Carry out any reasonable instruction of the management.
- Step up to Head Chef when required.
- When required check all incoming purchases as ordered, for quantity and quality.
- Identify training needs and action as appropriate.
