School Premises Officer
to join Swallowdale Primary School on an immediate basis. Key Responsibilities: Opening and securing the school site Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs Ensuring the premises are safe, secure, and well-maintained Conducting health & safety and compliance checks Liaising with contractors and school staff Managing site security, alarms, and access arrangements Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the school premises Essential Requirements: Previous experience as a School Premises Officer, Caretaker, Site Supervisor, or similar role Enhanced DBS Certificate DBS registered on the Update Service Strong maintenance and health & safety knowledge Reliable and able to start immediately What We Offer: Competitive pay rate of £21.04 per hour Opportunity to work within a respected educational trust Friendly and supportive school environment If you meet the above requirements and are available to start immediately, please apply with your up-to-date CV today.
