We are currently recruiting for an experienced School Premises Officer to join Swallowdale Primary School on an immediate basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and securing the school site
- Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Ensuring the premises are safe, secure, and well-maintained
- Conducting health & safety and compliance checks
- Liaising with contractors and school staff
- Managing site security, alarms, and access arrangements
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the school premises
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience as a School Premises Officer, Caretaker, Site Supervisor, or similar role
- Enhanced DBS Certificate
- DBS registered on the Update Service
- Strong maintenance and health & safety knowledge
- Reliable and able to start immediately
