We are looking for a 7.5t Delivery Driver.
Responsibilities:
- Make scheduled deliveries to customers as per agreed schedule in Leicester and surrounding areas.
- Drive safely and follow all laws and rules of driving.
- Keep company vehicle clean and ensure that all required checks are made in accordance with company rules and regulations.
- Maintain communication with management ensuring that they are kept aware of any incidents or issues which occur on the road or at customer premises.
- Provide a polite and efficient service to customers.
- Load/unload vehicle at start and end of day.
- Collect items from other suppliers when required.
Essential:
- Conscientious, punctual and reliable.
- Full UK driving licence class C1.
- CPC Digital Tacho card.
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated.
Working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
