We have exciting opportunities available: We are seeking reliable and organised Catering Assistants to join our friendly team. While previous experience in a similar catering role and knowledge of food hygiene standards are preferred, full training will be provided.
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that salad counters and serving areas are clean, well-stocked, and ready for each meal service. Regularly check and replenish food items, utensils, and condiments. Perform routine cleaning tasks, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping floors, and disposing of waste appropriately.
Assist in Food Preparation: Support the kitchen team with food preparation tasks as needed, such as chopping vegetables, preparing salads, and assembling sandwiches. Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and quality. Kitchen Porter and washing up will also be required.
