We are looking for a Butcher/Pie Maker to work in a traditional family-run butcher and pie maker with over 50 years of experience. They cure their own bacon, make their own sausages, and produce a wide range of products including pork pies, gravy pies, and quiches, all made on-site. We pride ourselves on supplying premium products to farm shops and retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee food production processes ensuring high standards of quality
- Prepare and process various meat products according to recipes
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
- Assist in butchery tasks as required
