We are looking for a Finnish-speaking Careline Advisor to join our Danone Careline team. If you're passionate about customer service and enjoy helping people, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As the first point of contact for Danone consumers, you'll provide support across multiple channels, handling product enquiries and complaints with professionalism, empathy and care. You'll take ownership of customer journeys, working to deliver the best possible resolution.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Finnish (spoken and written)
- Strong English communication skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is an advantage
- Positive, self-motivated team player with a customer-first mindset
Working Hours
Contracted availability is 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. The Danone Careline operates between 8am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
