Are you fluent in Swedish and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a customer-focused and empathetic Swedish Speaking Careline Advisor to join a growing team supporting Nordic consumers on behalf of one of the world's most recognised food and nutrition brands, Danone.
As the first point of contact for consumers, you will provide advice, support, and resolution across a wide range of product enquiries and customer concerns. As a Careline Advisor, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple contact channels
- Support consumers with questions relating to the full range of Danone products
- Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically
- Work closely with subject matter experts, quality teams, and knowledge specialists
- Meet quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance targets
Requirements:
- Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Previous customer service or customer care experience
- A caring and empathetic approach when supporting customers
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience within the food, nutrition, or healthcare sectors
- Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- An interest in food, nutrition, and foods for special medical purposes
The Danone Careline operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. However, contracted working hours with Konecta are 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday to Sunday. Flexibility is required as occasional evening and weekend cover may be needed to support business requirements.
