Job Description
We are recruiting a Caretaker for our local education trust client. Based in the city Centre, Bristol, Ideally this role would suit someone who has been in a similar role before and lives locally.
Hourly Rate: £13.92
Work location: City Centre, Bristol
Hours of Work: Done on a Rota basis, either 6.30-2.30 , 9-5 or 2-10
Days of work: Monday to Friday With an overtime of Saturday morning
Start Date: As soon as possible after Veting
Contract Date: Ongoing
What will you be doing:
You would be expected to close up the main building, keep all grounds tidy and weed free, ensure inside and outside of buildings are well stocked and presentable. Conduct minor repairs, various regular cleaning duties, move desks, chairs, boxes, changing light bulbs etc walk around the buildings ensuring the buildings are safe and tidy doing regular checks of high footfall areas such as toilets.
