Night Staff (Kitchen & Barista) Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 days, Monday to Sunday Hours: Night Shifts 5pm - 1am We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Night Staff Member to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in both kitchen operations and barista duties who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages to a high standard Supporting kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the shift Following food safety procedures and company policies Assisting with stock rotation and replenishment Providing excellent customer service at all times Essential Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in both kitchen and barista roles Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate Ability to work night shifts on a flexible rota basis Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently What We Offer: Competitive rates of pay Regular shifts on a 5 out of 7 rota Supportive working environment Opportunities for training and development If you have the required experience and are looking for a new opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
