Working in partnership with XPO Logistics, we are recruiting a Transport Administrator to join a market-leading logistics company, working on one of the largest contracts delivering to the construction industry. This is a permanent opportunity offering stable hours and long-term career prospects within a high-volume transport operation.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:00 - 16:00
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 30-minute unpaid break

The Role

The Transport Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with drivers and customers daily
  • Reacting to and resolving operational queries to keep the transport plan on track
  • Supporting the transport team with general administrative duties
  • Updating systems and handling transport documentation
  • Assisting with day-to-day transport coordination

Requirements

  • Previous experience in transport or logistics administration is desirable
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using IT systems
