Between 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM We are currently seeking an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy warehouse operation at Fradley Park. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity, offering regular night shifts, excellent pay, and long-term prospects within a well-established logistics business.
The Position
You will play a vital role within the warehouse team, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of palletised goods in a fast-moving pallet network environment. This role would suit someone confident working to tight deadlines and handling high volumes.
Main Duties
Operate a Counterbalance Forklift in a safe and controlled manner Load and unload trailers accurately and efficiently Handle approximately 150-200 pallets per shift Work closely with team members to meet operational targets Adhere strictly to health and safety standards Carry out basic vehicle checks and report any faults
What We\’re Looking For
A valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence Previous experience within a fast-paced warehouse or pallet network Ability to manage high pallet volumes with confidence Strong attention to detail and a safety-focused approach Flexibility with evening start times (between 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
