Unit Operator – Temporary to Permanent

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (rotating shifts)

Salary: £26,543.51 + shift allowance + excellent benefits

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Inspect, label, and pack finished products to the highest standards
• Monitor stock levels and resolve any discrepancies
• Work within a controlled, sterile environment following strict PPE and hygiene protocols
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices

Shift Pattern

• Week 1: 6am – 2pm (Mon-Fri)
• Week 2: 1pm – 9pm (Mon-Thu) & 11am – 7pm (Fri)

What We\’re Looking For

• A detail-focused, positive attitude and commitment to high standards
• Ability to work independently and adapt to rotating shifts
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical or hospital settings is an advantage
• Due to the sterile nature of the role, we cannot employ anyone with ongoing skin conditions.
