We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Manager to join our busy team at a large family pub and restaurant. This role would suit someone with previous experience of managing in a fast-food restaurant due to the fast-paced nature of service.
You will be running a Fast-Food Kiosk serving a variety of food; from burgers, hot dogs, fried chicken, chips etc, to ice cream - including soft serve, donuts, waffles, hot and cold drinks etc. You will be managing a team of around 30 staff, writing rotas, controlling staff costs, serving customers and ensuring the smooth running of this busy operation.
This is a full-time permanent position and although business can be weather dependent you can save up pay from overtime to be paid out when quieter and during the low season can continue to work full time in the pub. You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days including evenings and weekends. Hours are between 40-50 per week with the opportunity for overtime. Pay will be £14.50-£15.50 p/h depending on experience with the potential to earn £32-37k p/a.
