Blue Arrow is looking for an ambitious, driven and commercially focused Executive Consultant to join our successful Catering & Hospitality division. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional with a proven background in Catering & Hospitality recruitment to take ownership of a thriving temp desk, develop new business opportunities and deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

As an Executive Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of hospitality clients, supplying high quality temporary catering professionals and building long-term relationships that drive revenue and service excellence.

• Business Development & Sales
• Proactively identify, win and develop new Catering & Hospitality business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through networking, service visits and regular account management.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings and business development activity to grow market share.
• Promote Blue Arrow's full recruitment offering and identify opportunities for temp-to-perm placements.
• Drive gross margin growth and maximise revenue opportunities across your client base.

• Recruitment & Candidate Management
• Source, attract and recruit high quality catering professionals.
• Screen, interview, assess and onboard candidates in line with Blue Arrow compliance standards.
• Ensure candidates are fully compliant and ready for deployment.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of available workers to meet client demand.
• Build lasting relationships with candidates, supporting them throughout their assignment journey.

• Service Excellence
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Blue Arrow's Promise Based Culture.
• Match candidates effectively to client requirements.
• Conduct regular client service reviews and site visits.
• Ensure all bookings are accurately managed and fulfilled.
• Maintain accurate records through CRM systems and candidate databases.

What We're Looking For

• Essential
• Previous recruitment experience within the Catering & Hospitality sector.
• Proven track record of developing and managing temporary recruitment desks.
• Strong business development and sales skills.
• Ability to build relationships quickly with both clients and candidates.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Desirable
• REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
• Experience managing large hospitality accounts.
• Knowledge of compliance and onboarding requirements within temporary recruitment.
