Blue Arrow Taunton are recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to work for a client based in Central Taunton. The role is working Monday to Friday, no weekends and no bank holidays. The start times will be 05:00 and you will be completing around 50 hours per week. All roles are ongoing full-time leading to permanent employment after 12 weeks.
The pay rate for the role is £18.00 per hour.
As a Class 2 multi-drop driver, your duties will include:
- Completing up to 5 deliveries daily
- Using different equipment to off load the goods – all the training will be provided
- Completing relevant paperwork
- Using PODs
- Providing excellent customer service
Candidate requirements:
- Category C driving licence, up to date CPC and Digi Tacho cards
- No more than 6 points on your driving licence and only for minor offences (we cannot accept DD, DR or IN codes)
- Good geographical knowledge of South-west
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- Good customer service skills
- Good level of spoken English
- Own transport to get to the site
