Blue Arrow is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Assistant to join a growing business within the fast-paced digital advertising industry. This role is best suited to someone who can work with minimal supervision, take ownership of key finance processes, and operate confidently in a fast-moving environment.
- Full ownership of daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Active cashflow monitoring and reporting
- Performing detailed revenue reconciliations
- Supporting month-end close and financial reporting
- Assisting in improving finance processes and controls
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in a finance or accounts role
- Proven experience with bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (e.g. formulas, lookups, data handling)
- Experience using Accounts IQ
