Blue Arrow have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous to work with our client in the Shropshire area.
The Role: In the role of Chef de Partie you will have the opportunity to gain experience working across all areas of the kitchen and will be key in supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef. You should have creative culinary skills matched with a good work ethic. Confident in all aspects of food preparation and service, you will be expected to make the most of the fresh local produce whilst able to produce food of a consistently high standard. We expect you to have a desire to learn as well as pass knowledge on to junior members of the team.
Other essential requirements of the Chef de Partie:
- 3 years spent and experience gained in a similar working environment is essential
- Must adhere to food safety and cleaning standards
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to work within a team
- Should be driven and self-motivated
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
