Blue Arrow are recruiting for experienced chefs to work with our clients in the Telford and surrounding area. Working mainly in an education setting, your main duties will include:
- Cooking from fresh following the set weekly menu rota
- Assisting the chef manager
- Leading the kitchen team in the absence of the chef manager
- Stock control including ordering
- Portion control
- Ensuring high standards of food
