Blue Arrow are recruiting for an experienced chef to work with our client in the Hereford area.
This role will be covering maternity leave and is expected to last for 10 months.
Hours of work:
Between 3 & 5 days per week
8am-230pm
Immediate start available.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
-Cook and prepare high quality dishes
-Supervise all kitchen stations
-Take charge of the kitchen in the Head – Chef's absence
-Assist the Head Chef in creating menu
items, recipes and develop dishes
-Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen
environments
-Assist the Head Chef to create menu
items, recipes and develop dishes
-Be responsible for health and safety
-Be responsible for food hygiene practices.
-Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen

-Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes
created
-Assist with determining food inventory
