Blue Arrow are currently looking for a support worker to work for a client in the Birmingham area, supporting vulnerable adults facing homelessness.

Hours: Part Time 20 hours

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Job role includes:

  • Administrative work: Daily record keeping of contact with your residents, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records
  • Plan and deliver individualised support to residents
  • Undertake continuous assessment of needs and risks
  • First point of call for your residents
  • Responsible for covering out of hours calls every other week
  • Weekly face to face support with residents
  • Managing conflict
  • Reporting to management

Requirements:

  • Full UK Drivers License and access to vehicle - this role requires you to travel between residents
  • An in date ENHANCED DBS disclosure - dated within 12 months or on the update service
  • Strong communication skills and professional mannerisms
  • Excellent IT skills
