Supervise pupils:
- Oversee children in the dining hall and on the playground, ensuring they are safe and behave appropriately.
- Help younger children with tasks like cutting up food or opening packaging.
Handle first aid:
- Deal with minor injuries like bumps, cuts, and grazes, and get appropriate help for more serious issues.
Prepare the dining area:
- Set out tables and chairs and help with clearing away and cleaning up spillages afterward.
Monitor the playground for safety:
- Prevent children from leaving school grounds, and report any concerns about child protection.
Requirements:
- Must hold an enhanced DBS disclosure dated within the last 12 months or on the update service.
- Holds safeguarding training.
- Previous experience working as a lunchtime supervisor or in a school support position.
