Job role includes:

  • Administration and Compliance: Supporting with administration duties, answering queries from parents and students, exam timetabling, arranging seating plans, handling special requirements, ensuring compliance with JCQ and exam board regulations
  • Exam Day Management: Setting up exams rooms, securely storing papers and managing a team of invigilators

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience working as an exams officer/exams assistant
  • Proven experience with SIMS
  • Strong IT and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (issued within the last 12 months or registered on the update service)
