Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Transport team
- Assist with scheduling, rota coordination, and maintaining accurate records
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer queries professionally
- Process delivery paperwork and update internal systems
- Support drivers with documentation and compliance requirements
- Prepare daily reports and ensure all data is accurate and up to date
- Work collaboratively with the wider operations team to keep activities running smoothly
About You
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn internal systems quickly
- Comfortable working to deadlines in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player with the ability to use initiative
- Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment is an advantage but not essential
