Join Our Team as a Warehouse Operative in Airdrie! Blue Arrow is looking for experienced warehouse operatives at our Airdrie site.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay rates: rates to increase April 2026
  • Day Shift (06:00-14:30): £12.21/hr
  • Afternoon Shift (14:00-22:00): £13.43/hr
  • Night Shift (23:00-07:00): £14.65/hr (5 days out of 7, including some weekends)
  • A supportive team environment

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately
