Location: Mallusk & Lisburn

Salary: Β£30,000-Β£38,000 (DOE)

Hours: 40 hrs, Mon-Fri (8:30am-5:00pm)

Additional: One Saturday per month (remote phone support, 9am-2pm)

The Role

You'll help oversee day-to-day store operations, deliver excellent customer experiences, drive sales performance, and maintain high site standards. This is a hands-on role offering strong development opportunities within a growing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales enquiries, advise on storage solutions, and promote merchandise and insurance
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold store presentation standards
  • Support team performance and contribute to a positive working environment
  • Confidently handle daily negotiations and suggest local marketing ideas
  • Complete administrative duties including customer contracts and debt management
  • Act as a key holder responsible for opening and closing the store
  • Assist with general store operations and contribute to business growth
