The Role
You'll help oversee day-to-day store operations, deliver excellent customer experiences, drive sales performance, and maintain high site standards. This is a hands-on role offering strong development opportunities within a growing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales enquiries, advise on storage solutions, and promote merchandise and insurance
- Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold store presentation standards
- Support team performance and contribute to a positive working environment
- Confidently handle daily negotiations and suggest local marketing ideas
- Complete administrative duties including customer contracts and debt management
