Shifts: 8-hour shifts between 6:00am - 7:00pm

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a General Assistant / Bar Packer to join our catering team at Belfast International Airport. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting the preparation and packing of food and beverage items for airline services. You'll play a key part in ensuring flights are supplied with high-quality products while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting chefs with preparing chilled meals and assembling food trays
  • Packing and preparing bar items and catering supplies for flights
  • Stacking shelves and rotating stock to ensure freshness
  • Carrying out food inspections and completing required paperwork
  • Maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards
  • Supporting general kitchen and clean-up duties
  • Preparing goods ready for delivery onto aircraft

About You

  • Experience in a kitchen assistant, catering, or similar role is desirable
  • Comfortable working in different temperature environments (including chilled areas)
  • Able to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
  • Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • Flexible and reliable
