Nightshift Warehouse work in Crumlin Blue Arrow are seeking Night shift warehouse staff for a company in Crumlin for full time work after 12 week training/probationary period through the agency. They have requirements for two warehouse’s one is for loading and unloading and one for picking and picking. Start times will either be: 1930 -0700 2100 – 0600 The role is job to finish. You will be required to work 5/7 days to a rota, there will be flexibility on this. Essential criteria for all positions: Good English communication plus good numerical, literacy and accuracy skills. Ability to use their own initiative with a responsible approach to work. Ability to work under pressure effectively in a team. Good customer service ability. The role Picking and Packing Candidates will be working on a busy environment helping to pick items required for packing. You will be given a list to work from to collect and put on to a trolly to be passed to the packing department when completed. Loading and unloading Candidates will be working in a busy environment helping unloading trailers filled with parcels on to a conveyer belt where they will be sorted for delivery depending on destination location, they will then need to be loaded on to the vehicles ready for the next stage of the journey.
