We are a growing domiciliary care agency in Leeds providing personalised support to:

- Adults requiring end‑of‑life (EoL) care

Responsibilities
You will support people with personal care, medication, structured routines, emotional reassurance, mobility, communication needs, and meaningful daily activities tailored to each person’s preferences and abilities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care settings is highly desirable
- Certification or training in first aid is preferred
- Valid driving licence and ability to drive safely when required
- Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate approach towards clients of all ages, including children and seniors
- Ability to perform manual lifting safely when necessary
- Excellent communication skills and patience when managing behaviour or challenging situations
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, or evenings as needed
- A genuine interest in providing personalised care that enhances clients’ quality of life

Shift Pattern
To ensure consistency and minimise unpaid gaps between visits, we offer:
- Option A: 12‑hour shift pattern
- Option B: Block Runs (for part‑time staff)
We aim to reduce dead gaps and keep travel local.
