Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking to join a multi-award-winning home care company? We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to join Blue Angel Care and lead our Central Hampshire service. Blue Angel Care has been named one of Homecare.co.uk's Top 20 Home Care Groups in the UK for five consecutive years. We work with more than 200 care givers to support over 300 clients across five CQC-registered locations in Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey.

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring it operates safely, effectively and in line with CQC regulations and Blue Angel Care's high standards. You will lead and support your team, drive service quality and growth, and build strong relationships with clients, families and referral partners. Because Blue Angel Care focuses primarily on self-funded clients, you will have genuine scope to shape the service commercially as well as operationally, backed by an experienced senior team and 24/7 on-call support, so you are never managing a crisis alone.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience within home care, ideally in a management or senior leadership role
  • Experience working within a self-funding care model is preferable
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care requirements
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Ability to support business growth while maintaining excellent standards of care
  • Must be eligible to register with CQC as the Registered Manager for the location
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Right to work in the UK essential

Qualifications

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or an equivalent relevant qualification, is essential.

DBS and CQC Requirements

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check, and the successful candidate will be required to apply via the CQC DBS check site as part of the registration process.
