We are seeking friendly and patient candidates to join our team as Prize Redemption Shop Attendants at Golden Palm Resort, in Chapel St Leonards. This role involves providing excellent customer service in exchange for bingo wins and tickets, while ensuring the shop is well-stocked and organised.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers efficiently, processing bingo wins and tickets using a till system.
- Re-stock items and ensure the shop is always well-organised and fully stocked.
- Assist customers with enquiries and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Perform basic manual tasks related to stock replenishment and shop maintenance.
