Join the Team at Blue Anchor Leisure at the Golden Palm Resort, Chapel St Leonards

We are looking for dedicated lifeguards to join our existing team for our indoor fun pool. You would be expected to supervise the security and safety of the public ensuring their enjoyment in all areas of the facility, and carry out rescues as required.

You will assist the pool manager and team leaders in the preparation and activities of the Golden Palm indoor fun pool in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of service is provided to pool users and visitors, while always maintaining the facility to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintaining a vigilant watch of the swimming pool areas and taking necessary action to ensure the safety of all pool users
  • Complying with the Pool Safe Operating Procedures at all times.
  • Administer first aid when needed
  • Assist with customer enquiries and provide a friendly and professional service.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.

What We're Looking For

  • Applicant must hold a valid and up-to-date National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and First Aid Qualification.
  • To be able to demonstrate skills during a competency test.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
